4-Color Large size open ink tray independent printing heads pad printer with shuttle & PLC and touch screen

Due to some containing products’ size too big to use normal pad printing machine. So we make the pad up-down independent, if not, the pad will hit each other. This machine with PLC control, so the printing will more accurately.

This machine is special made for the special part 4 colors printing. As the four pad of this machine is working independently, namely when print the first color, just the first pad is working, but the others pad is stay at original, not move. In the same way, when printing second color, the first pad is come back to original and not working, just second pad is printing. So this machine can avoid another pad hitting when printing first color.

Cylinder of LC-SPM4-300/4P is German FESTO brand. Electrical components are imported from Japan. It meets CE standard, with very stable running.
